How do I choose the right package?
I offer three packages — Standard, Professional, and Premium. Standard is ideal for basic listings, Professional includes drone photos and light staging, while Premium is designed for luxury or top-tier listings with extras like aerial video, twilight photos, and a 360° virtual tour.
How should I prepare my property before the shoot?
I provide a prep checklist with simple steps: declutter, tidy, open curtains, switch on lights, and add finishing touches (like cushions or fresh towels). For Premium shoots, I also bring staging props (flowers, books, drinks, etc.).
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No, it’s not required. As long as I have access (keys, lockbox, etc.), I can complete the shoot alone. For the best results, I recommend that owners step out during the shoot — this prevents accidental reflections in mirrors or windows and allows me to move freely while staging and photographing the space.
How long does a photoshoot take?
Most apartments take 1–2 hours. Larger villas may take 3–4 hours, especially if drone or staging is included. For twilight photos, I usually return to the property a second time around sunset, as the lighting conditions are very specific.
When will I get my photos?
All packages include a 7-day turnaround. If you need them sooner, rush delivery (48h) is available as an add-on.
How do I receive the files?
You’ll get a private online gallery with high-resolution photos (for print) and web-optimized versions (for Airbnb, Booking.com, and social media).
Do you offer discounts for repeat clients?
Yes — if you have multiple properties or book regular shoots, I can offer tailored pricing. Many property managers and repeat hosts benefit from this.
Do you work with real estate agents as well as Airbnb hosts?
Absolutely. While I work a lot with Airbnb hosts and property owners, I also provide photography and video services for real estate agents, developers, and hotels.
Can I use the photos across multiple platforms?
Yes — you’re free to use them on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, your website, and social media.
Do you travel all over Cyprus?
Yes — I cover properties across Cyprus, including Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos, Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Nicosia. Travel within Larnaca is free of charge. For longer distances, a small travel fee may apply.
Can you help with staging if my property is empty?
Yes — I bring light props such as cushions, throws, plants, and accessories. For Premium packages, I provide full staging with extra décor to make the property feel more inviting.
Can I also get short videos or reels for social media?
Yes — I offer short walkthrough videos and reels as add-ons. These are perfect for Instagram and Facebook marketing.
What if my property isn’t ready on the day?
If the property isn’t cleaned, staged, or accessible, we’ll need to reschedule. To avoid extra fees, I recommend following the prep checklist to ensure everything is ready before the shoot.
Can you also photograph common areas or nearby amenities?
Yes — if your property is part of a complex with a pool, gym, or other facilities, I can include those in the shoot. I can also capture nearby amenities such as beaches, cafés, or parks, but these need to be agreed in advance so I can plan the time and equipment needed.
How does payment work?
Payment is made on the day of the photoshoot, once the session is complete. I accept bank transfer, Revolut, or cash.
What’s your cancellation/reschedule policy?
Weather-related reschedules (for drone/twilight) are free. Other cancellations require at least 48h notice; otherwise, a partial fee may apply.
